CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard services, and 72 hours in advance for extended or specialty services. Appointments changed or canceled within less than the required notice may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. No-shows may result in a higher fee or require a deposit for future bookings. Out of respect for our stylists’ time and commitment, we ask for this courtesy as they often make personal arrangements, including childcare, to be fully present and prepared for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
